In addition to this benefit, they also reduce inflammation and swelling.
When applying the green tea to your face you can use green tea extract, or you can apply a wet green tea bag directly to your face. Leave it on for a minimum of ten minutes, or all night for a deep clean, then wash it off your face. You can apply up to twice a day as needed.
Apply a Diluted Solution of Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree is an essential oil derived from the plant known as Melaleuca alternifolia.
